 Monica Rodriguez is a 200 hr certified yoga teacher (RYT200) that found her love for yoga in 2010.  Early in her journey she learned that the practice of yoga is ongoing and lifelong, and it can be a different experience for each person. Monica loves sharing the joy of yoga and makes each individual feel welcome and safe to be wherever they are in THEIR  yoga practice.
