Beginner Yoga - Always wanted to try yoga but feeling a little unsure of what to expect? This is the class for you! Perfect for anyone new to yoga or recovering from injury, or anyone just wanting a more relaxed class at a slower pace. This group class is also good for asking questions or exploring postures in more depth. All levels of fitness and yoga experience welcome.
Foundation Yoga - Great for anyone new to yoga or for anyone just wanting a more relaxed pace. Focus is on more “traditional” yoga poses setting the foundation to a growing practice. Modifications provided to meet each student’s needs.
Yoga Strong - Challenge yourself in this high energy class increasing your stamina and strength, flexibility and balance, patience and mindfulness….while still always listening to your body and knowing sometimes less is more. Some vinyasa flow styles of yoga, longer hold times on other poses, and the opportunity to deepen your practice with some more advanced asanas.
Everybody Yoga - This class is for everybody from experienced yogis or active beginners and everything in between. Strengthen and stretch from head to toe in this class, or just show up on the mat and listen to your body and do as it says (meaning take it easy as needed, or work harder if that’s what you need that day!). Modifications provided to meet each student’s needs.
Rejuvenation Yoga - Rejuvenate your body and mind with restorative and yin yoga. Enjoy a more relaxed pace to help you wind down and recharge. This class combines some strengthening poses along with many restorative poses and some soothing yin yoga. Poses done both standing and on the floor using various props (bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, straps.…). Slightly longer Yoga Nidra guided meditation at the end for the ultimate rejuvenation of the body and mind.
Private Group Yoga - Perfect for companies, special gatherings and events, or just a group of friends wanting to do some yoga. Instructor comes to you!
