Yoga and You is a boutique yoga studio sharing space with Gold Key, Realtors in a quaint old 1800's house. Both GROUP CLASSES IN STUDIO AND PRIVATE SESSIONS are available in studio or at your home or workplace. Private sessions are great for special events or larger groups, and for individuals or families/couples/friends wanting a personal class. With limited space in studio, be sure to sign up and save your spot at least 30 minutes before class time. Also watch for us at special locations including classes at the Harry Myers Community Center and outdoor classes in the spring and fall at various parks around town!
